This Privacy Policy describes how Bespoke ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by The Bespoke Team, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Bespoke mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect the information you provide during registration, including your email address and display name. Authentication is handled by a third-party provider, which may collect additional information as described in their privacy policy.

2.2 App Content

We collect the natural language descriptions you provide when creating apps, as well as the structured app specifications generated from those descriptions. This content is stored in your per-user database to enable you to access and manage your generated apps.

2.3 Photos and Camera Data

If you use features that involve the camera (such as the Gym Log Scanner), photos you capture are transmitted to our servers for AI-based data extraction. Photos are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers unless you explicitly save the extracted data to your app. Camera access requires your explicit permission and is only active while you are using the camera feature.

2.4 Location Data

If your generated app uses location-based features (such as map views), we collect your device's location only while the app is in use and only after you grant permission. We do not collect location data in the background. If your generated app does not use location features, no location data is collected.

2.5 Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including app creation events, feature usage, and error logs. This data is used to diagnose issues and improve the Service. Usage data does not include the content of your app descriptions or generated specs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Service: We use your account information to authenticate you and your app content to render your generated apps.
To generate apps from your descriptions: Your natural language descriptions are sent to a third-party AI service for processing. The AI generates a structured app specification based on your input.
To connect to third-party services you authorize: If you connect integrations such as Google Sheets, we use the credentials you provide to read from and write to those services on your behalf.
To improve the Service: We use aggregated usage data and error logs to identify bugs, improve performance, and develop new features.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for core functionality. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. These providers include:

AI processing: Your app descriptions and runtime AI features (such as text extraction and classification) are processed by a third-party AI service.
Authentication: User authentication (sign-up, sign-in, session management) is handled by a third-party identity provider.
Integrations: When you explicitly connect a third-party service (such as Google Sheets), we access only the specific resources you authorize, using credentials that you can revoke at any time.
Infrastructure: The Service is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure that provides compute, database, storage, and content delivery.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Each user's app data is stored in a logically isolated per-user database, meaning your app specs and content are separated from other users' data.

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active.
App specifications are retained for as long as your account remains active, so that your generated apps continue to work.
Camera and photo data is processed in real time for AI extraction. Raw photos are not stored on our servers unless the extracted data is explicitly saved by you within your app.
Usage and error logs are retained for up to 90 days for diagnostic purposes, after which they are automatically deleted.

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: You can request that we correct inaccurate personal data.
Deletion: You can request that we delete your account and all associated data.
Export: You can export your app specifications in their original JSON format.
Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent (such as camera access), you can withdraw consent at any time through your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. 9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy within the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
